Total commission 3% of the selling price – paid by the seller – gives you the following:		Out of a 3% selling commission – 2% is charged to the seller of the selling price ($2000 minimum), the buyer gets the other 1% at closing – gives you the following:

	Helps with the contract negotiation.		Provides you a list of homes that meet your buying profile. You then use this list to review the properties, whether on the Internet or through driving, and narrow the list of likely homes.
	Helps with closing.		Consults with the you about your focused list and provides access and consultation on these homes, up to 15 viewings.
	You, the buyer, get nothing.		Because we have 20 years’ appraisal experience, you’ll get unique insights into the right offering price for your dream home. We’ll help you set an offer price.
			Helps with your contract negotiation.
			Helps coordinate your loan.
			Helps coordinate post-contract inspections.
			Gives you more value, and money back!

How do we give you more value?
